What Happended here to Give the Feeling of Unrest ?

Post  Lynn on Fri Jan 11, 2013 4:08 am

    Hello

This is from the trip I had in the Summer to England. I want to show that we are all "Mediums" on some level in what we can get and feel from pictures. At this church there was something that happened that made it feel very unsettled when walking around the graveyard.

So I am looking for anything one senses. It can be names, time frames, events in history ext.

I sense a little boy, a little girls with strawberry blond hair and white night gown. I see a man with brown hair, balding he is short with a medium build. I can sense anger and frustrations and being lost. I feel the boy and girl closer to the church with the boy standing on the left the man is following?

Hey now miss Joanie, no hints now, thats cheating. You have to give all the less skilled than yourself a fighting chance now......Just teasing..........I said what I felt, took my shot at it, not sure if anything is right, but you don't know if you don't try.

Must admit the graveyard looked familiar but if I had known where I was,I would have said.

Then again, most graveyards look all the same....

I didn't get anything from it...

    Hello

That is what I want one's here to sense out. What comes to mind (not the brain the mind) on where one is. Names, dates anything that comes right in. I want to open one's to their Medium side of life.

Ok Lynn. Not sure where that one is but it is strangely familiar.

    Very old graves indeed.

Not cared for,for a long time.

I have a family grave up in a small village in Scotland, goes back to 1760,I think.

If I could place a photo on here,I would ask what you got from it.

Relatives from my father's side who were all born in Scotland.

    Hello

Yes old graves and non visited graves. There are so many churches there in England and the younger generations are not attending in a lot of areas so there is no income for them. This one was only open on Sundays. I did not get to see inside.

It is in Trowbridge where I was staying I was drawn to go here right off the plane on the way to me friends place. There is very little history on it like so many there and they are "calling" to WWI and WWII I had when I was in England. There is a memorial cross there for the war dead, but "their grave stones were removed". That is what so gives that feeling of "love lost" as any surviving spouse has lost that connection.....for WWII and that feeling of lost trust. I very much felt that. To remove gravestones to me is like an act of murder in the way it feels.

It is fine to put of a memorial but leave the markers in place even if they rot to the Earth again that energy is there forever.

    Holy Trinity Church Trowbridge

Holy Trinity Church, Trowbridge is a parish church in the Church of England located in Trowbridge, Wiltshire, England. It was completed in 1838. It is commonly known in Trowbridge as ‘The Church on the Roundabout’, as it is entirely encircled by a one-way traffic system.

The Trowbridge manor which included the land on which the church stands was bought in 1807 from the fifth Duke of Rutland, who retained the patronage. It had been noted that the existing parish church could barely hold a twelfth of the 12,000 population, and so plans were set in motion to build a new, larger church. In 1835 fund-raising appeals were begun by Francis Fulford, the then-rector of the parish church of St. James, with estimated construction costs of £4000.

A Portland stone cross was erected as a memorial to the fallen of World War I from the parish. It bears 147 names in total, and was dedicated in 1921. Many of the gravestones were removed in 1977.

Trowbridge? I have never visited there.

So many graves unattended as I said, which I feel causes much sadness. Desolate feelings coming through from them. Very old grave stones of the time of the last century.

They were more decorative then. But the sorrow still oozes from the grave.

    I feel sadness,nothing else.

    Hello

It was a sad place. Too at times its what is used at the times for the gravestones that does not stand the test of times. I came to find many from the 1800's that were falling apart if one touched them. I have to feel that as there was many illnesses that hit at that time that many that were not of means to pay for a nice marble stone got seconds that were not the best.

Its a lonely cemetary in the middle of town, but it all comes down to what the "collection" brings in for rhe upkeep. I did a lot of work there in clearing energies. I visited with many graves there. This is where me friend too had a not so nice encounter I will share that later. It at times be "one" Spirit that brings the whole area down.

Trowbridge is in Wilshire, and its near Bath.

Keep doing these Lynn! I missed this one though I fail miserably at these anyway but not for lack of trying! I still think they are quite fun regardless.

Since this is a fairly 'new' church considering the long history of England. Is it possible that we are sensing something that took place before this church was built on this spot?

Good thinking,1antique. Church land is usually consecrated (right word?) Especially for grave yards.

But could be possible that something is still haunting the area.

    Hello

Yes that is why the churhes there so want anyone to pass along even the stories heard as a child about places. It might mean nothing or it might well tie to something in history that can be found. Sadly it was oral stoies told and records were lost over the span of time.

What we do know is that the church at times had to role of courts too in what they handed out. Its not all love and light around them. Places of hold up too when one was wrongly accused. I know I did a lot of clearing work when I was in England. I was called to places I had to go to along the path and I knew why when I got there. I have had some reports come back where I left a name there that things 'feel' better. There has been a shift in something. Many times its on spirit that holds things down in feelings.
