    Dating Agency?

Post  Joanie on Wed Feb 02, 2011 12:24 am

Just thought I would mention this even though I had a chuckle.
I started receiving emails from a dating agency shortly after I registered with the site.
Couldn't understand where they were coming from as I am certainly not registered with any dating agency.

Even my daughter tried to find where it was coming from but no success.
Then as I came to log in one morning,I happened to glance at the top of the page, and there was the name of the agency among the adverts.
Evidently, the agency must be picking up from the site,so I thought I had better give a warning.
No problem now,as I have religated the name to the 'junk' in my email addies.

Can't remembe the name fully now,but it was something like 'fishoff'.
Any way of removing that advert from the site?

Please take care not to click on the ads, there is no option to remove them completely unless I organise to pay for it, I can only set it so guests only see them, i'm sorry you had this trouble Joanie and I will see how much it will cost to remove them.

    No problem,Violet!
Don't you go spending money,it looks like a flash in the pan.
It was easy to get rid of,so don't worry your head off.
Might be worthwhile to see if any other member has had the same problem.
    You take it easy!
