    I am hoping it will work on the same idea as The White Room visualisation. The problem most people have is the noise of all those thoughts running through our heads so lets try this;
    When comfortable and in a quiet location. Listen. Too many thoughts. Listen. Hear that faint noise behind the thoughts. Its you breathing. Focus on listening to your breath. With every breath you exhale, let go of a thought.
    Listen your breathing has got slightly louder.
    Breathe.
    Exhale a thought.

    Okay you have the idea. Focus on listening to your breathing. Hopefully after a while all you will hear is your breathing. I would imagine this would take a good few practise runs. Eventually all you hear is your breathing but by this time you will be so well attuned that you should be able to stop hearing your breathing too, leaving you with the space and silence for meditation.

    Whatever you do KEEP BREATHING just stop hearing it Lol
